Roles and Responsibilities

• Be part of a support team, communicating well with other departments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT related issues

• Implement and troubleshoot firewall, routers, switches, and servers

• Monitor alerts and troubleshoot issues

• Coordinate hardware replacements and carrier/supplier issues

• Document IT infrastructures and ensure standards are being implemented

• Prepare analyses of the security, capacity, and reliability of the IT infrastructure

• Research, plan, design, implement, and improve IT systems

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Information Technology or Electrical Engineering course

• Preferable to have knowledge in supporting IT infrastructure and Linux/Unix platform

• Preferable to have knowledge in LAN/WAN configuration to include working with routers and switches.

• Advanced hardware knowledge and possess strong work ethics.

• An out of the box thinker and a willingness to learn.

• Willing to work in shifting schedule

• CCNA or other certifications is a plus
